On September 14th 2006, Komang was invited to present a guest posing performance at Brunei’s annual body building championship. The event encouraged the participation of some of the country’s best athletes and welcomed the local community to view their impressive discipline and commitment to fitness.
The competition was promoted as part of an educational event offering fitness enthusiasts a chance to also participate in a talk show guest starring Komang. The show demonstrated correct training techniques, described ideal methods of food preparation in support of various fitness goals, emphasized the importance of supporting a healthy lifestyle with correct nutritional support and offered members of the audience an opportunity to discuss strategies most suited to achieving their personal health objectives. |
