My meals are usually small portions eaten every 2-3 hours. The food I consume is always cooked free of salt, pepper, oils, butter or sauces. I remove all fat from meat prior to cooking and use a slanted grill to ensure the meal is as ‘fat free’ as possible.

ON-SEASON

Meal 1            300 gm chicken breast (steamed)
                        1 cup of red rice (already steamed)
                        1 cup of broccoli
                        1 x protein drink
                        vitamin and mineral supplement
                        2 flaxseed oil capsules

Meal 2            350gm fish (grilled)
                        1 cups of broccoli (steamed)
                        green salad

Meal 3            300 gm chicken breast (steamed)
                        1 cup of broccoli
                        1 potato
                        1 x protein drink

Meal 4            350gm fish (grilled)
                        2 cups of broccoli (steamed)
                        1 potato
                        2 flaxseed oil capsules

Meal 5            250gm beef (grilled)
                        1 cup of broccoli (steamed)
                        1 potato
                      

Meal 6            300 gm chicken breast (steamed)
                        1 cup of broccoli
                        1 x protein drink
                        1000mg vitamin C
