A 30 mins conversation for me to gain specific details about numerous elements of your current lifestyle. With this knowledge, I can assess what amendments can be introduced to progress toward your health and body shaping goals for example : fat loss, mental health, build strength, build muscle, endurance, longevity, or fitness just as a lifestyle.
During 45 mins training under my guidance,

I will enable you to push beyond your current abilities safely and effectively. Days outside of assisted training are devoted to recovery techniques which we will go over in the initial consultation.

This special program is designed to holistically improve your physical and mental health through 3 workouts a week.
