Tap into my knowledge of fitness, nutritional supplementation, post 'intense exercise' recovery, mental preparation in order to help you become more in tune with optimal training, and aspects of health & wellness. 

PROGRAM STRUCTURES

DAY 01 - CONSULTATION

Online - Fitness consultation. 

I would need you to fill out a fitness questionnaire first before proceeding our consultation session.

DAY 02 - MENTORING

Once the step 01 is completed, we can proceed with Mentoring. 

 

Program Inclusions : 

  • a 45 mins fitness consultation

  • training structure (pdf) 

  • 4 X 30mins discussion

  • choose from Monday to Friday 

  • time 1PM to 4PM (GMT+8) 

  • valid for one month
