From there, I design tailored workout plans that mix things up think strength training, cardio, or even fun activities like hiking or swimming to keep them engaged. I also guide them on simple nutrition tweaks, nothing drastic, just enough to fuel their progress. What really makes a difference, though, is staying connected. I check in regularly, track their wins big or small and adjust the plan if life throws curveballs. It’s all about keeping them motivated without making it feel like a chore.
