I am an experienced bodybuilder and have been studying health and fitness for 18 years. Through my own personal experiments, I have come to understand the importance of macro nutrients and rest cycles in achieving optimal physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. I wish that this knowledge had been available to me when I first started out.

 

My Fitness Mentoring provides individuals with guidance about smart training techniques, nutrition, and resting schedules.
